Since 1952 we have been creating unique Gourmet Confectionery Specialties with a wafer base, true wonders of goodness created using an exclusive recipe from Nonno Attilio Babbi.

Wafer specialities

Babbi Wafers are our flagship product: an original recipe that has remained unchanged since 1958, giving rise to Viennesi, Waferini and later to other Confectionery Specialties with a simple and delicate taste such as Babbini, Dolcetorta, Waferone, Cannoli and Babette.

Pralines

A selection of the best raw materials and unique manufacturing processes lead to the creation of Bon Bon and Bonette: dark chocolate for those who love the intensity of high cocoa content, or milk chocolate for those who prefer more delicate nuances of taste, with many different fillings to satisfy all palates.

Spreads

Savouring the enveloping taste of a Babbi spread means beginning a delicious journey into the world of indulgence. Cremadelizia Babbi is available in various flavours: Biscokrok, Cacao, Caffè, Nocciola, Pinolo, Pistacchio, Fichi Caramellati e Nocciola Suprema (Biscokrok, Cocoa, Coffee, Hazelnut, Pine Nut, Pistachio, Caramelised Figs and Supreme Hazelnut).

Gemme

Babbi's expertise in the selection and processing of Pistachios has led to the creation of Gemme (Gems): a heart of precious Pistacchio Verde di Bronte DOP (Bronte Green Pistachio PDO) enveloped by a fine layer of white chocolate: a gem of pure indulgence.
