It was 1952 when Attilio Babbi, in love with the art of confectionery and pastry, created the Babbi company for the production of wafer cones and gelato ingredients. For 70 years, choosing Babbi has meant allowing yourself to be seduced by sweet creations that come only from selected raw materials. From the time the company was established, Nonno Attilio has wished to move away from the already rich and saturated mass market to aim at a niche market where he could introduce his ingenious specialities, at first only for the ice-cream sector and later also for the confectionery sector.
