Bases, Pastes, Complete Mixes, Ripples and Granules: the proposal of Babbi Ingredients never stops innovating!

For the 70th anniversary of the foundation of the Babbi company, we decided to change our tradition into Gelato, giving all those with a sweet tooth a unique taste made with Pasta Waferini Vaniglia and Variegato Waferini Nocciola.

Bases

From the on-going search for new solutions to meet the growing needs of consumers, two bases without added sugars have been created (B-Free line) which allow artisan Gelato makers and confectioners to obtain optimal performances using both hot and cold method.

Complete Blends

Both products belong to the new B-Free family as they have no added sugars.

Golosa

The latest arrival in the Golose Babbi family is Golosa Peanut Butter B-Free: peanut flavour without added sugars.

Pastes

Malaga and Tiramisù: two of the most traditional Gelato flavours are renewed thanks to Babbi expertise and on-going R&D.

Ripple Sauces

The family of Variegati Frutta Babbi is extended by two original and delicious products: Variegato Uvetta, perfect in combination with Pasta Malaga, and Variegato Prugna Caramellata that joins the iconic Variegato Fichi Caramellati.

Crumble

New gluten-free crunchy shortbread granules are ideal for adding crunch to Gelato and pastry preparations. The new Crumble al Burro (Butter), Cacao (Cocoa) e Caramello (Caramel) are long-lasting without losing consistency thanks to the presence of butter and non-hydrogenated vegetable fats.
